Garrell Dean (Red) Seme, resident of Leadville for 45 years passed away peacefully on March 3rd at the Denver Hospice Center after a two year battle with brain cancer.
She was born on December 29, 1946 in Golden, Colorado. She married Roy Seme on December 28, 1962. Jerry loved meeting and talking to people at the Pastime Bar & Cafe which she owned and worked for 38 years.
She was a long time member of the Eagles Lodge #91 of Leadville. She loved to travel and shop, loved to be with her family and friends.
Jerry is survived by her husband, Roy Seme; daughters, Tina of Escandaba, Michigan, Lorinda of Fallon, Nevada, and Tammy of Midland, Texas; grandchildren Tyrus and Brandi Lucky, Matthew and Mikel Logan and Mellissa Buchholtz; four great-grandchildren; and sister Connie Cameron of Buena Vista, Colorado.
Memorial services will be held at the Bailey-Kent Funeral Home in Leadville, Colorado on April 18 at 10:30 am with a reception to follow at the Pastime Bar & Cafe at 1:00 pm.
