63, of Brighton, Colorado. Passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on December 31, 2011.
Gary was born on June 20, 1948 to Stanley and Edna Voss. He lived in Bethune, Colorado until 1956 when his family moved to Brighton. He graduated from Brighton High School on 1967 and then proudly served in the Air Force for 8 years as an Egress Mechanic. Then he worked for Aurora Public Schools for 23 years as a Fleet Mechanic.
He is survived by his loving and dedicated wife Bobbi, son Richard, and daughter Tanya . His grandchildren were the light of his life and included Alyssa, Alexia, Adriana, Lilianna and Alex. He will be missed greatly and loved by all who knew him.
His first wife, Judy Voss, his parents and his brother Raymond Voss, precede him in death.
A memorial service with Air Force Honors will be held January 14,2012 at 1:00pm at the Newcomer Funeral Home located at 190 Potomac Street in Aurora, Colorado. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of Boulder County or to Roberta Voss for his Grandchildren's college fund.
