George Babian

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife Arline of 54 years, his three children Robert, Allen, and Laurie, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brother Jack, niece, nephews, and other extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his brother Eddie.

Our family spent many happy weekends in Long Island, or at Brighton Beach or Coney Island. My dad loved to fly kites. He would go up to the roof and fly a kite until you could no longer see it. Then he would just let it go. He also loved the casinos.

My dad was the type of man who would give you the shirt off his back. He will be deeply missed. I love and miss my dad very much, His "Cockroach".
