George D. Saito, 86, of Lakewood, passed away July 2, 2015.
He was born November 10, 1928 in Welby, Colorado, the son of Torakichi and Tsuyo (Matsunaga) Saito.
On January 10, 1970, he married Sumi Teshima.
George owned his own landscaping business for 40 years and enjoyed working outdoors. He also enjoyed fly fishing, bowling and above all, spending time with his grandchildren.
George is survived by wife of 45 years, Sumi Saito; Son, Keith (Jeani) Saito; Daughter, Jill (Andrew) Barwig; Five Grandchildren, Mark Saito, Madeline Saito, Abigail Saito, Benjamin Barwig and Alexander Barwig and Sister, Dorothy Shimizu.
He is preceded in death by Father, Torakichi Saito, Mother, Tsuyo Saito, Brother, Carl Saito, Sister, Bess Sakato, Brother, Thomas Saito.
