George Hamilton Gillen, Jr.

George Hamilton Gillen Jr., 89, of Aurora, passed away April 15, 2015.
He was born January 16, 1926 in Cushing, Oklahoma, the son of George and Esther (Freels) Gillen. He attended East High School. He first married Patricia Blakeney and they later divorced. On January 20, 1962 he married Elizabeth "Betty" Young.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
George is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Betty" Gillen; Four Daughters, Pamela L. (Laurine) Gillen, Mary E. (Robert) Baran, Esther K. (John) Johns and Diana D. Gillen; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and Many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Two Sons, Russell Gillen and George Gillen III; Father, George Hamilton Gillen, Sr., Mother, Esther Gillen, Brother, Joseph Gillen and Two Sisters, Frances Gillen and Stella Dickson.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to be used for a dedication bench at Del Mar Park.
