George Norris Miller , Born 1938 passed away surrounded by the love of his family. He was the middle son of three boys born to Dr. Eldon Miller and Desma Miller.

Growing up in Missouri in the 1930’s and 1940’s was a different time and it helped shape the man he would become as a boy. He developed a deep love for the outdoors. His father's friends love to go bird hunting, but were not always the best shots, so young George would often become the designated shooter, making sure the group returned home with a prized bird. Those early days sparked, a lifelong passion for hunting, dogs, and life in the outdoors.

Throughout his life, he spent countless hours, running dogs, field trialing and hunting birds. He was especially proud of his Tennessee Walking horses and cherished any opportunity to be outside with his dogs and horses. The outdoors was not just a past time – it was where he felt most at home.

In 1960 he married Nancy Bell. Together, they built a life and family raising two daughters, Jennifer and Michelle.

George shared his love of nature, and animals with his daughters and grandsons, and spent many hours with them outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his daughter, Michelle, and her husband, Dan along with their children, Nick, Wesley and his wife, Danielle, and their two kids, cherished great-grandsons, Henry and Beau, his daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Casey, their three children, Kelly, Levi, and Jackson, and his brother John, his wife Henrietta and numerous cousins.
