George Thomas Walker 1930-2013
82 of Aurora, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2013. Father to Mary (Dale) Ward and Catherine (Ricky) Boggs; Father-in-law to Robert Keltch; Grandfather to: Nicole (David) Tam, Aaron (Misty) Keltch, Billy Cachat, Walter (Shelly) Franolich, Tanya Hagee, Stoney Staggs, Kim (Jim) McCallum, Charlie (Karyn) Ward, Emily (Damien) Predota, Nena (Tym) Bruggeman, Stefan Boggs, and Denise Boggs; Great-grandfather to twenty-one; Great-great grandfather to four. Preceded in death by his wife, Edna E. Walker and his daughter, Carol L. Keltch.
Funeral service, Wednesday, March 20th, 2013, 5:00 PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home-East Metro Chapel; viewing from 4-5 PM at the Chapel.
After the service, there will be a potluck (please bring your favorite dish, which you may drop off at the church before the service or bring afterwards) to participate in a remembrance and celebration of George's life, at the:
Peace Mennonite Community Church, 13601 E Alameda Ave, Aurora CO 80012
You may also join the family for the Interment at Fort Logan National Cemetery, on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 2:30 PM -Staging Area "B".
