Gloria (English) Miller, Age 70, of Aurora, Colorado died and was escorted to Heaven on March 16th, 2016 after her battle from pancreatic cancer with her family at her side. She was born in Colona, Colorado to Tom and Ferna (DeJulio) English. After graduating from Montrose High School, she married the love of her life, Larry Miller from Olathe, Colorado. Together they had three children, Lori (Dan) Meyer of Brighton, Sheri (Kevin) Sewald of Broomfield and Larry (Julie) Miller Jr. of Aurora. She had seven grandchildren that she thought the world of; Zach, Cody, Joey, Tiffany, Adam, Abigail and Parker.
Gloria loved children and spent over 20 years providing daycare out of her home. After "retiring" from daycare, she finished her career working 15 years as a Para at Arkansas Elementary School in Aurora. Family was very important to Gloria as she cherished family reunions and celebrations. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends, playing Bunco, stamping and crafting. Gloria was an avid Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos fan. The Broncos winning this past Super Bowl brought her a great deal of happiness. Gloria also enjoyed spending time at Central City, watching movies and TV. Gloria had a generous and caring heart as she put everyone else first and wanted to make sure they felt at home.
Gloria is survived by her husband Larry, her children and grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings; Nancy Romero of Montrose, Anna Butterbaugh of Montrose, Daniel English of Arvada, Tom English Jr. of Montrose and Gary English of Montrose. In addition is survived by a numerous number of nephews, nieces and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents.
