Gretchen J. Seurer

Gretchen J. Seurer , 82, of Arvada, passed away May 6, 2016.

She was born September 15, 1933 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Philip and Frances (Linskey) Salter.

She was a graduate of North High School.

On December 2, 1950, she married Peter Seurer.

Gretchen was a member of the Denver Fireman's Association. She was also a member of the Arvada Elks Camping Club.

Gretchen put her family first. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother.

Gretchen is survived by her husband of 65 years, Peter M. Seurer; Three Daughters, Gretchen (Jeff) Robb, Mary Ilges and Paula (Mark) Guercio; Six Grandchildren, John (Theodora) Mason, Kristen Carpino, Rebecca (Matthew) Pommer, Mark J. Guercio, Tyler Mason, Aaron Guercio; Five Great-Grandchildren, Savanah Ybarra, Alexandria Ybarra, Santiago Ybarra, Ava Mason and Lilah Pommer; great-great-grandchild, Isidro Ybarra; Niece, Cheryl (Gary) Simon and Nephew, Scott Salter.

She is preceded in death by Father, Philip Salter, Mother, Frances Salter and Brother, Philip Salter, Jr.
