Harold D. Rife, age 86, died on Sunday, October 29, 2017, in Denver, Colorado.
Harold is survived by his four children and their spouses, Duane (Cynthia), Barbara (Robert), Theresa (Donald) and Deborah (Mark); his brother Roger (Rosita) and ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Harley and Leona (Kidder) Rife; three brothers, Dale, Bob and Garry and one grandchild, Anastasia.
Harold was born on August 30, 1931 in Norton, Kansas, to parents Harley and Leona. Harold was a social, active man. He was a hard worker and did many jobs in his life including farming, working on the Kansas highways, liquor store and grocery store owner, truck driver, Southland Corporation and retired from being a bar/restaurant owner. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, sports - especially football, and travel. His family and friends will always remember and miss him.
A memorial service is scheduled for Harold on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 12:00 Noon, with a reception to follow at 1:00 PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home - West Metro Chapel. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Harold's life
