"God Saw"

God saw you were

getting tired, and a cure

was not to be, so

He put his arms around

you and whispered

"Come with Me"

*****************

"I'm Free"

Perhaps my time

seemed all too brief,

don't lengthen it now

with undue grief.

Lift up your hearts

and share with me

God wanted me now;

He set me free.

Harriett was the youngest and the last of her eight siblings.
