Helen Johnson, 86, of Denver, passed away July 18, 2014.
She was born September 14, 1927 in Edgecomb County, North Carolina, the daughter of Jim and Alice (Long) Bailey. She was a graduate of High School. On April 1, 1961 she married Robert "Snoopy" Johnson, of Denver, Colorado.
Helen is survived by sister, Edith Bailey Foster; sister-in-law, Peggy McMullen; 20 nieces, Debbie McMullen and Joyce Chayer; 9 nephews, Rob (Andrea) McMullen; great nieces, Mandy and Jennifer McMullen; great nephew, Ryan McMullen. She is preceded in death by her husband and parents and brother and 4 sisters.
Helen enjoyed reading books, watching the Broncos and Rockies games, and she loved to bowl and go watch Debbie bowl. She also loved animals.
