Helen Leinz, 95, of Denver, passed away February 10, 2024
She was born October 16, 1928, in Wichita, Kansas, the daughter of Denver Ray Barekman and Martha (Gardner) Barekman. On December 10, 1966, she married Albert Leinz, of Denver, Colorado in St. Dominic's Catholic Church. Helen was an active member of St. Dominic's Church for many years. During the last years of her life, Helen resided at Gardens on Quail Retirement Community where she developed many close friends.
Helen is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, and brothers-in-law. She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert Leinz, father, Denver Ray Barekman, mother, Martha Barekman and sister, Dorthy Preston.
