Isabel O. Sanders
July 19, 1921 — June 9, 2017
Isabel Orr (Craig) Sanders, age 95, passed away on June 9, 2017 at Mullen Home for the Aged, in the loving care of the Little Sisters of the Poor.
Born in Motherwell, Scotland, Isabel moved to Canada as a child and finally immigrated to the US, where she lived since 1948, first in Indiana, then Ohio and Colorado.
She worked many years as an accountant and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend.
Isabel is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Howard Sanders and is survived by her sister, Katherine Rogers, her children; Craig Sanders and Jean Sanders McRoberts, as well as her grandchildren Katie, Andrew and Paul, and great-grandchildren Katlynn, Brianna, Austin, Samuel, Benjamin and Cole.
All who knew her will remember her laughter and her sparkling blue eyes. We take comfort knowing that she was surrounded by the Sisters, friends and family as she went to meet the Lord and dwell with Him forever.
