He was born December 18, 1945 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Clifton and Betty (Sutton) Betz. He was a graduate of Aurora Central High School. He married Deetta Betz, of Bennett, Colorado.
Jackie is survived by his children, Clark (Brittney) Betz and Pamela Schroeder. He is preceded in death by his wife, Deetta Betz and parents, Clifton and Betty Betz,
