Jacqueline is survived by her Husband - Steve Black; 5 Daughters - Tracy Black, Tonna (Darrell) Wenger, Laura (Bob) Young, Melanie (Sean) McClain, Melissa Black; 10 Granchildren - Ian, Taylor, Jonathon, Austin, Kayla, Emily, Collin, Audrey, Hunter, Charlie; 3 Sisters - Vera (Willie) Meier, Shirley (Vernon) Gross, Mary Lou (Linus) Dreiling; 3 Brothers - James (Sandra) Billinger, Daryle Billinger, Loran (Carmen) Billinger. She is preceded in death by Father, Alfred Billinger, Mother, Eleanor Billinger, Sister, Cornelia "Cork" DeSantis.
