Jacqueline "Jackie" Dolores Garland, 86, of Denver, passed away on July 28, 2013. Mother to three sons: Cary A. Garland, Ronald (Bonny) Garland, and Edward Garland; Sister to Donald; Grandmother to: Taylor, Chelsea, Shannon, and Keenan.
Jackie was a Denver native. She graduated from South High School and attended the University of Colorado. She spent 30 years as a paraprofessional with Denver Public Schools where she was able to share her love of music and art.
She loved and was loved by her family, friends, and the many school children whose lives she touched.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday August 12th at the Salem United Church of Christ, 5300 E. Florida Avenue.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice, in Jackie's name.
