James Conway "Boz" Boswell , 93, of Lakewood, passed away December 26, 2016.
He was born November 27, 1923 in Saint Joseph, Missouri, the son of Thomas and Millie (Wampler) Boswell. He honorably serviced in the US Navy during WWII. In August 1946 he married Lois Marie Clem in Atchinson, KS. She preceded him in death on June 9, 1974. He was married to Nadine Huber from 1976 to 1984. On April 29, 1987, he married Martha Elaine Edwards in Carbondale, CO. She preceded him in death on May 15, 2016.
He will be remembered as an artist. He loved music and his hat collection. He was a Green Bay Packers and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He was a member of the Kapaa Church of Christ. Above all, he will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family.
James is survived by Daughter, Shawn Boswell (George) Davis; Two Step-Daughters, Nicci (Bill) Edwards, Gloria (Peter) Edwards; Step-Son, Zach (Cheryl) Edwards; Granddaughter, Tegan Marie Davis; Grandson, Chase Fouquet Davis; Step-Grandson, Sean Divine; Two Step-Granddaughters, Shannon (Tyrone) Campbell, Ashley (Scott) Patterson; Two Step-Great Grandsons, Jaylon Divine, Blake Mariano; Step-Great Granddaughter, Amelie Campbell; Nephew, Dan Breneiser; Niece, Lynnette Breneiser Woolston. He is also preceded in death by his Two Sons, James Conway Boswell II & Lance Marlin Boswell.
