He was born December 15, 1976 in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, the son of Larry and Bessie (Allison) Hoover.
He is survived by his daughter, Caylin Hoover; son, Jeffrey Hoover; mother, Bessie Hoover; father, Larry Hoover; brother, John Hoover; mother of his children, Tara Hoover. He is preceded in death by his maternal & paternal grandparents and his infant sister.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Jeff's children, Caylin & Jeffrey Hoover.
