Jeffrey Miguel Fernandez, lovingly known as Jeff, passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 64. He was born on September 7, 1960, and is now reunited with his parents, Bernice and Alex Fernandez, and his sister and brother-in-law, Geraldine (Romeo) Longoria.

Jeff had a deep passion for landscaping and gardening — he took pride in every detail, always striving to make things beautiful and just right. His creativity bloomed in every garden he touched.

He was a man with a heart of gold and a sense of humor like no other. His infectious laughter could lift any room, and even in the face of life’s challenges, he found a way to make others smile.

An animal lover through and through, Jeff shared a special bond with his beloved fur babies, who brought him joy and comfort throughout the years.

Jeff was one of many siblings, and though he held the title of brother, he was truly a friend to all — someone who brought warmth, light, and laughter wherever he went.

He will be remembered most for his huge heart, his resilience, and the way he always found a reason to laugh and to make others laugh, no matter what he was going through.

His memory will forever live on in the gardens he nurtured, the lives he touched, and the love he gave so freely.

Though you are no longer with us, the beauty you brought into our lives will forever bloom.

Survived by siblings, Alfonso (Angie) Fernandez, Carol Casio Fernandez, Annette (the late Tony) Tenorio, David Fernandez, Sophia Montoya, Felia Sanchez, Anthony (Lisa) Fernandez, Angelo Fernandez, Lucinda (Doug) Enright, Gilbert Fernandez, Lorraine (the late Michael) Cherry, Christine Abeyta; Daughter Virginia Rodriguez, grandsons Daniel and Devlin; numerous nieces and nephews.
