Jim Bates
June 8, 1962 — January 4, 2016
Jim was born in Norfolk, Nebraska where he grew up on a farm, played football and graduated from Norfolk High School. He also joined the Nebraska Army National Guard.
He was a sales representative most of his life. Jim loved to talk to people and he was very liked. In his later years he lived and cared for his Mother in Denver.
He enjoyed lawn work and he grew some of the best tomatoes I have ever eaten. He also enjoyed watching movies and video gaming.
Jim is survived by his Mother & Sister, also from Denver, and his cat, Shaylee. He is missed by all three of us and we wish him a peaceful rest.
