Joan Orleans, 86, of Aurora, passed away August 20, 2017.
She was born June 5, 1931 in Newland, North Carolina, the daughter of Joe and Ruth Filippini. She was a graduate of South High School. She attended Barnes Business College. She married Robert Orleans, of Laramie, Wyoming.
Joan is survived by her three daughters, Jean (Bob) Crum, Debbie (Chuck) Rhodes, and Janet (Scott) Seller; seven grandchildren, Daniel (Jennifer) Orleans, Corey (Robin) Meadows, Anthony (Brooke) Seller, Katie Crum, Jim (Tina) Crum, Ross Crum, and Neil (Kacey) Elson; thirteen great-grandchildren, Eralee Seller, Rennison Seller, Holden Parker, Michael Castillo, Chloe Castillo, Nicholas Perez, Gabrielle Perez, Colby Crum, Kiley Fuller, Drew Fuller, Ember Schults, Ethan Elson and Jackson Elson; and one great-great-grandchild, Silas Manzanares. She is preceded in death by her husband of sixty years, Robert Joseph Orleans; parents, Joe and Ruth Filippini.
