John J. Grigg

John Jeffrey Grigg, 73, of Northglenn, passed away March 9, 2015.

He was born March 4, 1942 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the son of James and Marjorie (Trezona) Grigg. He was a graduate of Crawford High School, in San Diego, CA. He attended Grossmont College, San Diego, CA and Mirimar College. On February 26, 1972 he married Mary Anna (Papalia) Leyba, of Northglenn, Colorado. John worked as a Jet Mechanic in the United States Air Force, a Painter and Decorator for the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and a Clerk for Safeway Stores. After retirement, he drove a School Bus for Adams County School District 50. He served in the United States Air Force for 28 years retiring as a Tech Sergeant. He was a member of True Vine Tabernacle Church.

John is survived by his wife, Mary Anna Grigg; Four Sons, Eric S. (Cecilia ) Grigg, Anthony J. (Ame') Grigg, Andrew W. (Tracey) Grigg, Michael E. Grigg; Two Daughters, Kimberly M. (John) Fletcher and Michelle A. Grigg; Sister, Gayle Boudreau; Brother, Gene (Karen) Grigg; Grandchildren, Ashlie, TJ, David, Johnny, Rebekah, Hannah, John, Grace, Abraham, Jacob, Jayden; and Great-Grandchildren, Ezekiel and Anthony. He is preceded in death by his Father, James L. Grigg, and Mother, Marjorie E. Grigg; and his Mother and Father-in-law, Joan Caruso and Charles Papalia.
