John R. Castillo

In loving memory, John Raymond Castillo, born on July 14, 1948, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday February 26th 2013. He was 64 years old and died in the comfort of his home with his family. Beloved Husband of Wilma Sharon Castillo for 47 years. He is survived by his wife Sharon, his daughters, Dawn Castillo, Deana Harmant and Danett (Loren) Kennedy. Also survived by his Brothers, Albert (Lillian) Castillo, Jeff (Karen) Aguon, Victor (Caroline) Mansfield and his Sisters, Phyllis Schreiber, Mary (John) Martinez, Louise (Gasper) Vigil. Lastly, he was survived by his grandchildren, Ciara (Tim) Johnson, Christopher Harmant, Dawnelle Harmant, McKensie Castillo, John Kennedy and Reagan Kennedy, he also had four great-grandchildren, Sophia, Malachi, Andrew and Jerry. He was preceded in death by his Father, Manuel Castillo, Step-Father, Jesus Aguon, Mother, Ophelia Aguon, Brother, Manuel Castillo and Brother-in-law, Gerald Schreiber.

Please join the family for services on Wednesday, March 6th: Viewing to begin at 12:15 PM directly followed by services at 1:00 PM, lunch to be served following the service, all to commence at North Hills Church of God located at 8891 Poze Blvd, Thornton, Co 80229 (88th Ave. and east of Washington St.).

We love and miss him, but we are happy he is in Heaven with his Father.

Philippians 4:4-9 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me--put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.
