John R. "Bob" Davis , 85, of Aurora, passed away April 24, 2016 after a long illness. He was born in 1931 in Saint Joseph, MO, the son of Merton and Golda (McKowen) Davis. Bob taught 26 years in the Denver Public Schools. Bob is survived by his Wife of 62 years, Shirley Davis; Son, Scott (Lynn) Davis; Grandson, Max Davis; Granddaughter, Zoe Davis. Memorial contributions may be made to Denver Teachers' Club, 1617 S. Acoma Street, Denver, CO 80223-3624.
