Joe was born in Charleston, West Virginia on September 16, 1941. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Joe is survived by his spouse of 43 years, Maryann, three sons, Jerrold B., Jeffrey J. (Angela), David (Wendy) and four grandchildren. He also has two brothers, George Michael, Paul A. (Candice), two sister-in-laws, three brother-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joseph's name to:
St. Thomas More Catholic Church - Respect Life Committee
or the Douglas County Search and Rescue.
