Josephine Ceja, 85, of Denver, passed away September 22, 2015.
She was born June 4, 1930 in Pasa Monte, New Mexico, the daughter of Jose and Tiodorita (Leal) Maes. On January 1, 1949, she married Angelo Ceja.
Josephine is survived by her children, Angelo V. (Feliz) Ceja Jr., John M. (Vicky) Ceja, Fred J. (Beatrice) Ceja, Florence M. (Tom) Zamora, Rose Ellen (Juan Aragon) Ceja-Aragon, Patsy V. (Larry Espinoza) Ceja, Randy T. Ceja, Alberta L. Lopez, Audrey L. (Dan) Asimus and Santiago "Jimmy" D. (Julie) Ceja; 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren with the last count totalling 147 immediate family members. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Angelo Ceja, Father, Jose Melisandro Maes, Mother, Tiodorita Maes, 2 grandsons, 1 great-great-grandson and 7 siblings.
