Joshua Adam Bert Sr.

Josh was born November 27, 1979. He was raised in Colorado by his loving parents Stephen and Mary Bert. Josh attended high school at Overland High and graduated in 1998.

Upon completion of high school, Josh received a certificate from Pickens Technical College in auto glass installation. He spent most of his career working with Elite Auto Glass, now Safelite Auto Glass, but most recently was installing for Premium Auto Glass in Lakewood, Colorado. He was awarded a Top Tech Certificate from Safelite in 2010, of which he was extremely proud.

Josh was blessed to have fathered four amazing children; Joshua Bert 14, Hunter Bert 11, Trinity DiMauro 5, and Zayden Bert 2. He devoted his whole life to his kids. Of all the things he did, Josh made sure to put his kids first and was so proud of his four greatest accomplishments. Anyone that knew him knew that his children were his everything.

Aside from being a son and father, Josh was a devoted friend. Whether it was to help move or just needing a shoulder, he was always there to help someone in need.
Among his favorite things to do were fishing, camping and hanging out at home with his friends and family. Josh enjoyed BBQing and could definitely draw a crowd with his famous green chili. He enjoyed being on the sidelines of his sons football games and never missed a Broncos game. He was also an active supporter of the Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome, walking hand in hand with his son Hunter.

Josh lived his life to the fullest and never took any moment for granted. He loved whole heartedly and always has a place for everyone. His laugh was contagious and he always knew exactly the right thing to say to make everything better.

Josh was the best friend, father and devoted husband, gone too soon but never forgotten.
