Juan "John" T. Chavez, 37, of Lindon, Colorado, passed away April 25, 2017.
He was born February 5, 1980 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Johnny Gallegos and Teresa (Chavez) Sanchez.
On April 12, 2016, he married Nikki Zapata after enjoying 12 years together.
Juan loved working on cars. He enjoyed camping and trips to Oregon. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.
Juan is survived by his loving wife, Nikki Zapata-Chavez; Two Daughters, Angel C. Chavez and Nataliyah R. Chavez; Three Sons, Issac T. Chavez, Nathaniel S. Chavez and Johnny B. Chavez; Four Sisters, Frances J. (Matthew) Burr, Julia J. (Rene Rodriguez) Sanchez, Diana Y. Sanchez and Vanessa A. Sanchez; Three Brothers, Joseph J. Gallegos, Chris J. Gallegos and Guadalupe E. Jauregui; Father, Johnny (Adelaida) Gallegos; Mother, Teresa Tammy Doris (Arturo) Sanchez; Grandmother, Frances Gallegos and Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
