She was born November 18, 1946 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Thomas and Alice Theodora (Russell) Ritchey. She married Robert Graves, of Brush, Colorado.
Judy is survived by husband, Robert Graves; Son, James (Anne) Birdsall; Daughters: Janice (Wray) Kates, Judith Green; Six Grand Children: Jeremiah Birdsall, Becki Lundeen, Jeffrey Belveal, Jackie Snyder, Krystal Green, and Christopher Green; Eight Great Grandchildren; Natalie, Katie, Andrew, Peytin, Benjamin, Alainna, Callen, and Alexis; Four Step Children: Colleen (James) Stielson, Melinda, and Melissa; Two Step Grandchildren: Dannelle and Ty; and Three Step Great Grandchildren: Montana, Steven, and Maxwell.
She is preceded in death by; Father, Thomas R. Ritchey: Mother, Alice Theodora (Russell) Ritchey: Brother, Paul Robert Ritchey: and Stepson, Shawn Graves.
