Kathleen O'Hara Dunn

Known to all as Ticky, passed away July 7th 2026.  She was born and raised in the heart of Denver on September 25th, 1951.  Ticky attended St. John's Grade School and then Cathedral High School, and graduated from East High School in 1969.  She worked as a waitress for 26 years at the historic My Brother's Bar in Denver. Her famous “Ticky Turkey” sandwich is still on their menu.

Ticky is survived by her husband, Daniel Dunn, her beloved “Danny Boy.”  Her sons, Matthew (Jessica) Dunn, Michael (Stephanie) Dunn and three beautiful granddaughters, Judi, Nora and Ada, siblings, Burt (Joie) Stevens, Helen (Rich) Nortnik and Erin Stevens, her life-long friend, Luana Harris and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and family members.

Ticky was preceded in death by her parents Burt and Ruth Stevens, three siblings, Carol Gulden, Maureen Sample and Tommy Stevens.

A celebration of Ticky's life will be held in the near future.

May her soul and all the souls of the faithfully departed rest in peace.
