Kenneth R. Davidson

Kenneth R. Davidson, Sr., age 82, died on July 20, 2016 peacefully at his home in Aurora, Colorado. Mr. Davidson was formerly of Fair Lawn, NJ and Conashaugh Lakes, PA.

Mr. Davidson is survived by his wife of 56 years, Alba Davidson; three children: Kenneth Davidson, Jr. and his Fiancé Susan Mansilla, Judith Davidson and her partner, Chris Mainardi, Eric Davidson and a daughter-in-law, Vicki Davidson. He also leaves behind nine grandchildren, Jaclyn Szwed, Michael Szwed, Courtney Davidson, Lacey Davidson, Paige Davidson, Faith Davidson, Seth Davidson, Lucas Davidson and Lucciana Casella.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Hugh Clement and his wife Felicia Clement; his sister, Marie Seitz and her husband George Seitz and many nieces and nephews.

Ken is a veteran of the Korean War where he worked in the aviation field. He was a graduate of the Teterboro School of Aviation and worked for Pan American World Airlines as a Mechanic Supervisor for over 30 years, after which he worked for Kiwi Airlines until he retired in 1996.

Ken enjoyed bowling with his wife, Alba, and had competed in several tournaments in Las Vegas. His interests included auto -mechanics, reading and spending time with family.

Services are schedule for Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 10:30am at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, in Aurora, Colorado. A memorial service will also be held in New Jersey, details will be announced at a future date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the ALS Foundation and VA Hospital or Hospice
