Kevin is survived by Daughter, Elizabeth O'Neal (Stephen) Heiser; Son, Andrew Preston Miller; Wife of 31 years, Betty Jo (Shaner) Miller; Father, Noble Miller; Brother, Kenneth Edwin (Tina) Miller; Nephew, Cody Lee Miller; Niece, Sophie Rose Miller. He is preceded in death by Mother, Nelda Elaine Miller and Brother, Randall O'Neal Miller.
