L. Dianne Sundet

Lida Dianne Sundet, 77, passed quietly in her sleep at home on June 3, 2026 in Denver, Colorado.

Dianne was born in Santa Monica, California on May 26, 1949. She grew up in South Carolina and Wilmington, Delaware, graduating from Brandywine High School in 1968. After receiving a diploma in General Business Curriculum at Goldey Beacom Junior College, Wilmington, she moved to Denver, eventually finding employment at the Colorado Department of Transportation as a receptionist. She worked for the state for 35 years before retiring in November 2008.

Dianne was an active member of Galilee Baptist Church/LUMA Bible Church and Timberline Toastmasters, where she was 1997 Toastmaster of the Year. She enjoyed reading, meeting new people, and helping others.
