She is survived by her husband of 32 years, George; daughter, Penny; 2 granddaughters, Brooke and Kailey; brothers, Al (Glenna) Helms of St. Louis, Ted Helms of Missouri and Everett Helms of Missouri; sisters, Aileen Burkybile of Missouri and Loretta Fanning of Arkansas.
Lawanda "Sam" worked as an LPN for 30 years. She enjoyed her family, friends and all her pets.
