In Loving Memory of Lawrence Hurtado

Lawrence “Larry or 40” Hurtado was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He was 85 years old.

A man of deep Faith, Larry was a loyal member of Saint Pius X Catholic Church, where he found spiritual guidance, fellowships, and community.

When he was not working or spending time with loved ones, Larry could often be found on the golf course. Golf was more than a hobby, it was a source of joy, friendship, and cherish memories. He loved the game and the camaraderie it brought.

Above all, Larry was a family man. He is survived by his beloved wife, Roberta Hurtado; his children, Stacy Hurtado (wife Darci) and Natalie ( Husband Karl ) ; his treasured grandchildren, Kelsie, Alexia, Logan, Alyssa, Grayson and Kennadi, all of whom brought immense pride and joy to his life.

Larry’s legacy lives on through the family he cherished, the friendships he cultivated, and the countless lives he touched with his kindness, humor, and generosity. He will be remembered for his welcoming spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and his ability to make everyone feel like a friend.

Our hearts are heavy with his passing, we are grateful for the many years, memories, and blessings we shared with him. Larry will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.
