59 of Aurora, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.
Husband to Patricia "Lani" Jacobus; Father to Kelley Jacobus, Kevin (Jennifer) Jacobus, and Corey Jacobus; Grandfather to Morgan; Brother to Jean Sherwood of Wichita, Kansas, Julie Jacobus of Kingman, Kansas, Terri (Virgil) Rohling of Lakewood, Colorado. Leon is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, "family", and friends.
There will be a reception immediately following the memorial service, at the Jacobus home.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to a memorial fund- under the name-Chris's memorial fund, it is set up in Patricia "Lani" Jacobus and Kelley Jacobus's names, to purchase a memorial marker for Chris: Please go to any 1st Bank location and reference their names to donate or you may also call 303-237-5000.
