Leroy A. Dunbar

Leroy Allen Dunbar, 75, of Lakewood, went to heaven on Tuesday, November 12, 2013.
Memorial Services will be held on November 25, 2013 at 10 O'Clock at the Newcomer Funeral Home, West Metro Chapel, 901 So. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO
Born: Sterling, Colorado but lived in Denver his entire life.
Leroy was survived by: His wife; three brothers and two sisters, three children, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and many many beloved friends.
Preferred to be called "Handsome"
He owned a barbershop on 10th and Sheridan for over 50 years.
He was an Elks Club member for 28 years.
He was a Boy Scout leader for 10 years.
He volunteered at the ACT food bank for six years.
He was a proud partner of the Flying X Ranch in Wheatland, Wyoming for more than 40 years.
Things He loved to do: Fishing, Hunting, hangin with family, working on jewelry, catching snakes, drinkin' beer, smoking, and raising hell!
One word that describes him: REBEL
We would like to make sure that people bring stories to share and to wear a dash of yellow if possible.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the family to assist with the health care needs of Mrs. Dunbar.
