Lillian Louise Wales, 103, of Denver, passed away March 30, 2016.
She was born November 15, 1912 in Ault, Colorado, the daughter of George and Grace (Lochery) Marsh.
She was a graduate of North High School in Denver. She married Ralph Wales.
Lillian volunteered for many hours at Lutheran Hospital in the Blue Tea Room. She won countless awards for her service to the hospital. She loved to read and go camping. She loved to be outdoors. Lillian liked country music and to sing karaoke, particularly Kenny Rogers' "You Picked A Fine Time to Leave Me Lucille." She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
Lillian is survived by Grandchild, Shawna M. (Lee Montour) Wales; Four Great-Grandchildren, Samantha M. Caudill, LeeAnn Montour, Toniqua Montour and Lee Montour Jr.; 5 great-great-grandchildren and Niece, Carolyn Hauptman.
She is preceded in death by Father, George Marsh, Mother, Grace Marsh, Husband, Ralph Wales, Son, Michael Wales, Nephew, Robert Hauptman and Sister, Lucille Hauptman.
