Linda Christine Marquez

Linda Christine Marquez, age 71, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2025, at home in Denver, Colorado.

She was born on August 17, 1954, in Denver, Colorado to Frank Marquez and Irma Jaramillo. She has four children, one that passed, Michael Marquez and three surviving daughters: Raelene Perez, April Ronquillo and Crystal Marquez. Along with nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Up until the end, Linda Marquez kept and maintained her kindness, grace, faith, compassion and appreciated life itself and the beauty that came along. She had so much love for family, friends, and even many neighbors and always expressed gratitude for her long life she lived. She was a very strong willed and an amazing woman who kept family together.

She was very independent and her faith in the Lord was, is and always will be uplifting within us all. She was definitely well known for her cooking…Best Chili ever. She wasn’t just a mother, a friend, a grandmother or just a GG (Great Grandmother). She was and always has been our anchor, our shelter and the beating heart of all our world. She was our lives, she gave us all love, safety, and a sense of belonging that no one else could provide. Her words were like a compass. Always guiding us towards, kindness, strength, faith and hope. Her embrace was our safe haven, where all of life’s storms seemed to disappear, always reminding us, that we were never alone.

Even in her absence, she lives on within all of us, reminding each and every one of us to keep going.

Mom, you were our home and our greatest blessing and the most important person we all well ever know. We’ll carry you for the rest of our days because a love like yours doesn’t end, it lives forever. There are never any goodbyes, there’s only we’ll see you again. Heaven may be your home now, but you live within all our hearts. Forever our anchor, forever our light. We all Cherish and Love you.
