Linda K. Still, 65, of Aurora, Colorado, passed away April 4th 2014 at her home with her husband by her side following a battle with cancer. Linda was born to the late George Sullivan and Bessie Allen on March 8th 1949 in Denver, Colorado. Linda attended Merit Hutten High School in Thornton, Colorado. After graduation in 1965, she completed 2 years at a community college and then followed her passion as a tax preparer and accountant. Linda married the love of her life, Lloyd Still on April 29, 1966. They shared a life full of joy and happiness at their home in Aurora, Colorado.
Linda was best known for her experience with accounting. She loved to travel with friends and family, with her puppies in tow. Her hobbies included photography, sewing, knitting, reading and spending time with her loved ones. Linda was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her husband Lloyd Still of Aurora, Colorado, her sons John Still (Kelly), Steve Still (Jen), and Jason Still (Janelle). Her grandchildren include: Nick, Shelbie, Jonathan, Jessyca, Matthew, Brooke and Melissa, and one great-grandson, Lukain. Linda is going on to join loved ones who have gone on before her; Matthew Still (son), Trevor (grandson), and Rachel (granddaughter).
Linda will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Her incredible smile and positive attitude is an inspiration for all. Linda's spirit will forever live on in our memories as we carry on. She taught us to cherish each and every moment together.
The viewing for Linda Still will be held at the Newcomer Family Funeral Home in Aurora, Colorado on Sunday April 13th 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Newcomer Family Funeral Home on Monday the 14th 2014 at 10:00 a.m. with a procession following to the grave side at Saint Simeon Cemetery.
