Lisa Fannon
October 29,1969 - June 7,2015
Lisa was such a wild and free spirit. On her good days, she was adventurous, courageous, carefree, fearless, content to wander. On her not so good days, she was downhearted, lonely, suffering and simply existing.
She always lived her life by her own rules and set her own standards. Sadly, she chose to end her life in the same way. On her terms. Lisa committed suicide in Denver, Colorado, in an area where water rushes in a serene and peaceful way over big pinkish rocks.
Though her time with them was short, she loved her children more than they know or can understand. It was important to her that they live a life that left no room for regrets. To help others, trust, take chances, be crazy, and see beauty in an ugly world. To make a difference, even if to just one person.
Her hobbies were painting and creating beautiful works of art. She was very creative and artistic and loved art in all forms. She also loved hiking and camping (really anything in the wilderness), bowling, photography, skydiving, and snorkeling.
She leaves many behind to mourn:
Her mother, Linda Chapman. Sons, Corey Nichols and Jeremy Nichols. Daughters, Kaitlyn Perez and Mariah Worrell. Grandchildren, Caleb Nichols and Jacob Perez. Nephews, Henry Duplantis and Hayden Duplantis. Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. And a sister, Kimberlee Duplantis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Royer, granddaughter, Kayla Perez and grandparents, Robert and Catherine Riecken.
