Lorraine S. Monahan, 84, of Aurora, passed away July 30, 2016.
She was born September 30, 1931 in Denver, Colorado, the daughter of Jose and Rosie (Trujillo) Duran. In 1949, she married Harold Monahan, of Clinton, Iowa.
Lorraine is survived by her children, Patrick (Ella May) Duran, Margaret (Richard) Williams, Isabelle (Jim) Williams, Monette (David) Metzener, and Rose Monahan; eight grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; sister, Beatrice (Sam) Beccera; and brother, Jose (Mabel) Duran Jr. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Monahan; parents, Jose and Rosie Duran; brother, John Duran; sisters, Gloria Montoya, Grace Martinez, Rebecca Duran, CeCelia Espinoza, Juanita Duran; and grandson, Matthew Duran.
