IN LOVING MEMORY OF LORRAINE SANCHEZ

Our Mother left us at a very young age; she was only 57 years old. Lorraine Sanchez passed away on Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 6:00pm. She is proceeded by her Father, Frank Sanchez and Mother, Fedalina Torres. Survived by her two children, Michael Archuleta (Mandy Martinez) and Stephanie Archuleta (Ron Rodriguez). 7 Grandchildren, Mariah, Aaliyah, Gisselle, Jovanna, Isaiah, Angie Rodriguez, and Marissa Archuleta. Two sisters, Geneva Mondragon and Rosalie Maestas. Brother-In-Laws, Tom Mondragon and Rudy Maestas. Step-Father, Henry Torres.

Lorraine earned her Associates degree for Medical Administrative Assistance from (CCD) Community College of Denver in 2006. She strived and worked hard to get her degree. When she was young, her goal was to get her degree and she did receive it.

She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, and loved her family. She spent hours reading to her grandchildren and taking them to the Library, shopping and The Movies. She loved reading the Bible, Crocheting, and cooking fantastic family meals.

Lorraine was a very sociable person throughout her life and made many friends while raising her children. She was a hard working mother and she was a strong Christian. She was an active member and volunteer for the Praise Center Church where she recently was a graduate of "The Kings Daughters" church prayer group.

To All, she was a wonderful person and will be truly missed.

The viewing will be on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 1:00 PM followed by the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM at Newcomers Funeral Home-West Metro Chapel, 901 S Sheridan Blvd, Lakewood, CO, 80226.

The celebration and remembrance of her life with Family and Friends will be at The Knights of Columbus, 4935 West 1st Ave, Denver, CO, 80219 at 4pm.
