Lorraine (Stuber) Teti, 91, of Castle Rock, CO, passed away on January 9, 2017 at Brookside Inn Nursing Home in Castle Rock, after a long, fulfilled and richly blessed life.
Lorraine was born on September 26, 1925, the first of seven children to Benjamin and Gertrude (Lavorski) Stuber in Golden Valley, ND.
She married Reinhold Dickhaut in North Dakota. Three children were born to this union, Lyle, Sharon, and Evan. The marriage later ended in divorce. On October 2, 1979, Lorraine married Arthur Teti in Denver, CO.
Lorraine lived a full and active life, she was referred to as the "Energizer Bunny" by many who knew her. She loved to go fishing, boating and camping. Lorraine and Art traveled over the years and traveled to Mazatlan, Mexico many times. She was a very generous person and loved her children, grandchildren and the Lord very much.
Lorraine is survived by two of her three children, Lyle (Fern) Dickhaut of Mobridge, SD and Sharon (Lyewellyn) Alexenko of Killdeer, ND; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three brothers and a sister, Dale (Margie) Stuber of San Diego, CA, Bernice (Bill) Frank of Lompoc, CA, James (Charlotte) Stuber of Lakewood, CO and Allen (Jennifer) Stuber of Minneapolis, MN and eleven nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Teti; her son, Evan Dickhaut; her grandson, Brent Alexenko; parents, Benjamin and Gertrude Stuber; her sister Lenora Marie Stuber and her brother, Norman Stuber.
