Lovena M. Sells , 82, of Northglenn, passed away April 8, 2020, at home with her children at her side.
She was born May 5, 1937 in Yuma, Arizona, the daughter of Ernest Le Roy Beavers and Annie Dorris (Shearer) Beavers.
She graduated from Amarillo High School, and attended the University of Denver.
On December 15, 1957 she married her beloved, Ward Sells.

She was a lifelong faithful Christian and spent her last days listening to her family read scripture and sing worship music.
Her true joy was her family, especially her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the Rocky Mountains, watching the fall colors change and watching hockey with Ward. Both Lovena and Ward faithfully supported St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana and St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota.

Lovena is survived by Three Children, Melissa F. (Lee) Deeg, Eric W. (Audrey) Sells and Megan L. (Greg) Scholl; Seven Grandchildren, Chelsea A. Deeg, Cherish K. (Jordan Winders) Deeg, Olivia F. Deeg, Aleisa N. (Dustin) Grover, Spenser C. (Maria) Scholl, Nicholas C. Scholl and Madeline F. Scholl; Three Great-Grandchildren, Annabelle L. Winders, Sherra M. Winders, and baby Scholl; Brothers, Jim Beavers, and Trent Lawson, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by Husband Ward L. Sells, Father, Ernest LeRoy Beavers, Mother, Annie Dorris Shearer Lawson, Grandchild, Preston T. Deeg, and Sister Faythe L. Hein.
