With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Manuel "Farmer" Lopez on December 31, 2025, at the age of 74. He had been battling lung cancer. Born on September 25, 1951 in Pueblo, Colorado. Farmer lived a life full of passion. He was a resident of Denver, Colorado where he worked as a plumber for 16 yrs. He loved to restore classic cars and dance the night away with wife Evelyn.
He will be remembered by serving his country proudly with the U.S. Air Force (Airman Lopez); Farmer was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by wife Evelyn (Denver); his siblings, Pat and Joe (Denver), Frank and Dolores (Aurora), Jake and Edna (Pueblo), Rudy (Texas), Geraldine (Texas). His children Rachael, Jacob, Bobby-Joe (Susan) Manuel, and Janine; Step sons Chris Gonzales, Moses Gonzales (Tammy). His six grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and lots of cousins and all who knew him.
A rosary is scheduled for 11:00am on January 31st, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home 901 S. Sheridan Blvd., Lakewood, CO 80226. Reception immediately to follow.
