Margaret L. Contos, 85, or Aurora, passed away April 10, 2015.

She was born March 19, 1930 in Cumberland, Wisconsin, the daughter of Charles and Clara Lehmann. She was a graduate of Cumberland High School. She started life on her own at age 16 until she met and married James J. Contos, of Rawlins, Wyoming on July 16, 1955. Together they raised three boys.

Margaret is survived by three sons, John Contos, Mike (Karen) Contos and Steven (Kara) Contos; nine grandchildren, Kristen (Karl) Krueger, Jeff (Danielle) Contos, Matt Contos, Rosella Romero, Alyssandra Romero, Sydney Contos, James Contos, Christian Contos, and Samantha Contos; one great-grandchild, Cora Margaret Krueger; two brothers, Donald (Anita) Lehmann and Dean (Kathy) Lehmann; and one sister, Betty Solum. She is preceded in death by her husband, James J. Contos; father, Charles Lehmann; mother, Clara Lehmann; and sister, June Hardy.

Marge had many hobbies through the years, not the least of which was spending time at the family cabin in Wyoming enjoying the outdoors and especially snowmobiling. She also enjoyed knitting and providing afghans for everyone in the family to love and cherish. She loved golf, bowling, taking walks, cooking delicious meals for everyone, and always being active. Her grandkids were a great source of pride for her, and she looked forward to spending time with them especially when it came time to make cookies. She was a great mother, wife, and Yia Yia.
