Margaret P. Manion, 86, of Aurora, died on November 21, 2017.
She was born October 24, 1931 in Alva, Scotland, the daughter of George and Hannah (Weir) Hall. She was a graduate of Harris Academy. She served in the Women's Royal Naval Service.
On January 17, 1953 she married David J. Manion, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In the years after her marriage, she lived in South Philadelphia; in Scotland; in Okinawa, Japan; and in Albany, Georgia. After her husband's death in Georgia, she moved to Aurora, Colorado. She had fond memories of every place she lived and of the people who became her friends. She retired as a secretary for the Iliff School of Theology.
Margaret is survived by six children, Laura Manion, Michael (Monica) Manion, Dave (Natasha) Manion, Leigh (John) Mezo, Andrew (Julie) Manion, Doug (Andrea) Manion; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and brother, John Hall. She is preceded in death by her son, Martin Manion; husband, David J. Manion; parents, George and Hannah Hall; and brothers, George Hall and Billy Hall.
