She was born April 13, 1931 in Antonito, Colorado, the daughter of Antonio and Maria (DeHerrera) Martinez.
She is survived by Daughter - Henrietta (Tony) Fortik; 2 Sons - Randy (Valerie) Stines, Gabriel Stines; 2 Sisters - Ruth Gomez, Angie Gomez; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Telesfor "Ted" Stines, Son, Richard Stines.
